Website Design
UI/UX Design
2025
Project Type: Marketing Website Design
Role: UI/UX Designer

Goal: Spearheaded the complete redesign and Webflow development of the EviSmart website, creating a new concept from the ground up to align with a new product system and the CEO's vision. Resolved key user pain points by restructuring content and providing more detailed information, which improved the UX score. Enhanced site visibility and search ranking by optimizing SEO meta tags and implementing schema.
Pain Point:
High drop-off rate for users arriving at the website via paid advertisements
The previous CAD design page lacked detailed information about the CAD design service, which resulted in users clicking on the paid ad but failing to convert.
Solutions:
Add more detailed information about the service
CAD design service offers a portal where users can create an account for free. However, the page currently lacks information about the CAD design portal and its usage. Inside the portal, users can view the design services provided, along with a detailed price list. Therefore, I plan to add a "How to Use" section that explains the CAD design portal and guides users on how to get started. This will also include information on types of services available within the design portal, such as fabrication services and an app for tracking orders.
Update the CTA UX Copy
The previous CTA copy on the design page was "Get started." Without clear guidance on how to utilize the CAD design service and pricing details, users may hesitate to click. Change the CTA to "Create Account," which suggests the existence of a portal. Additionally, include "View our complete price list after account creation" below the CTA to encourage users to create an account.
Result: 300% Increase in Conversions
After refreshing the page, we utilized it as a landing page for our paid ad, resulting in a 300% increase in leads. The updated page provides users with ample information about the service, enabling them to create an account.
Pain Point:
Post-rebranding, the information and brand design tone on the website are inconsistent
The company established a new product strategy and revised its brand design philosophy, necessitating a complete website update. Additionally, the old website lacked detailed product information, which contributed to low conversion rates.
Solutions:
Establish the flow and information architecture in alignment with the Sales strategy
The former website offered minimal information and was ineffective as a marketing tool; the new site must focus on lead generation. After consulting with the Sales team to define business objectives, direction, and target audience, I crafted the information architecture and user flow. I also created dedicated pages for each target audience to address their pain points and showcase how the product can solve their challenges, while providing additional company information to build customer trust.
